Dr. Neda Ashayeri completed her Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at Iran University of Medical Sciences. She then completed her residency in Pediatrics at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, followed by a fellowship in Pediatric Hematology and Oncology at Iran University of Medical Sciences, graduating with distinction.
She currently serves concurrently as a Faculty Member at Ali Asghar Children's Hospital and at Fakeeh University Hospital in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Her clinical practice focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric blood disorders, including iron deficiency anemia, thalassemia, G6PD deficiency (favism), and other hematologic disorders, as well as pediatric cancers, including leukemia, lymphoma, Wilms tumor, and neuroblastoma. She is also actively involved in teaching and medical education.
Dr. Ashayeri also specializes in Pediatric Palliative Care and serves as the Head of the Pediatric Palliative Care Unit.
She has 19 years of research experience and has published 37 scientific articles in international and regional journals. She has also presented her research at national and international medical congresses.
Her other academic activities include achieving the rank of Assistant Professor (Associate Professor candidate) and active membership in the International Society of Paediatric Oncology (SIOP), the Children's Hospital Research Council, and the International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis (ISTH).
She has also completed Master's courses in Hemato-Oncology and Neuro-Oncology at the Princess Máxima Center for Pediatric Oncology in Utrecht, the Netherlands.​​​​​​​
